This fine hunting property lies within hunting unit 421 in the Grand Mesa National Forest area. It is an over the counter area for bull elk tags and one of the easier draw units for cow tags. The deer are plentiful as well and require 3 points for harvest. The ranch due to the size gives an owner the ability to participate in a landowner only draw for both deer and cow elk.
